This is what is continuing to happen in Palestine while useless spineless cretins sitting comfortably in the West continue to fingerwag about calling the ideology behind these murders what it is

I get a weird feeling playing thru their songs that they’re trying to use an equal number of major and minor chords?? or they have some weird maths thats giving them magic I’m sure of it. Christine McVeigh’s solo acoustic stuff is in a different league, that stuff rules.

I teach guitar to a young Fleetwood Mac fan. Under the bonnet their music is so plain and polished. I can see why younger people like it, it has some qualities but for the most part deserved to be lightly scorned.

looxmaxing and racism are both economics. Any Data no matter how unimportant or fraudulent is plugged into the equation. The process is assumed to reveal some truth about quality. Then numbskulls are tricked into believing it.

I love all the Dubliners / Phil Coulter albums but Double Dubliners is pure power start to finish. The two singers are at their best here IMO reading poems and bellowing and hollering.

It is lowzy that JK turned this innocent thing into a hate fund. But it’s so Annoying. I have a friend who should know better went to London and was like ”it’s just like HP!” And went to the magic shops or whatever. Hard not to just get annoyed and turned off at that.

Déaglin Ó Faoláin @deaglin.bsky.social · 05/09/2026

I was thinking this coz a friend of mine who died was a huge HP fan, big part of her personality and all that. One of the things I miss is getting to see her grapple with the HP legacy in 2026.

it Was a critical part of the cork music scene too, as they would put on DIY artists and there were enough regulars who enjoyed weirder and scrappier stuff. Some of the regulars could even help out with sound if needed. Right up until the day it was knocked down. Really brutal.

Naw compression is the thing. Like if I could only pick one. And you def need controls. The way you attack and mute the strings and the way the compressor responds is bass IMO
