There’s no official announcement yet, but considering the popularity of the series and the amount of source material still left, a sequel (Season 3) feels entirely possible. All we can do now is wait. Spring or summer 2026… will I even still be alive by then? 😇

The GL drama survey has finally started! Without hesitation, I voted for She Loves to Cook, and She Loves to Eat. The confession, the kiss, the hug—every single scene is unforgettable and truly heart-stirring. Went over the character limit, so check the ALT. mdpr.jp/drama/detail...

Of course, Chaser Game W and AyaHiro will probably be strong contenders. Honestly, Tsukutabe may not even make it into the rankings.

Japanese GL dramas often end up getting sequels, right? It seems pretty hard for the same couple to appear together in a brand-new series. If one of them is paired with someone else, fans might feel disappointed — so yeah, it’s a risky move. Here’s what I think. ↓↓

やっぱり日本のGLドラマって、続編になることが多いよね。同じカップルのまま新作に出るのはなかなか難しそう。
もし相手が別の人になったら、がっかりするファンも多いと思うし、それって結構リスクだよね。

タイでは「同じコンビ」で新作を作るのが一般的ですが、日本では「続編が前提」になることが多く、逆に新作への挑戦が難しいのが課題。

タイの戦略：新作でも同じペアを続投することでファンの支持を維持。
日本の戦略：続編前提でファンをつなぎ止めるが、新作への移行は難しい。

I was about to say, ‘Let’s make a lesbian drama starring MatsuHiga (Matsushita Nao and Higa Manami)!’ but no, no, that would be way too much.
However, if it were these two, they would probably take it on enthusiastically and perform it with full energy.
Most likely, Nishino would appear as a love rival from episode 3, and in the final episode, when the two of them kiss, the sheer brilliance of that moment would burn the retinas of all yuri-loving fans, setting the fields on fire, and eventually causing the moon and Earth to explode.
