I became a mentor teacher. I made it. What they don’t tell you… you’re supposed to juggle a billion things in 5 minutes daily on your plate as a teacher. On top of the mandatory training and professional development they claim won’t take up THAT much time. Okay. I’m gonna lift some weights now.
