Day 11 of draw-a-friendtober with @tgweaver.bsky.social as a Draconic hoarder of smut turned smut library director, complete with some helpful ladies that earn the nickname of "library princesses". #muttyart #drawafriendtober

A dragon weaver ponders the logic of a hare woman who says "you have so many books here, you could start a library!". A pangolin woman at his knee adds in "a smut library!" Helpfully. Two other women, a tapir resting by his claws and a Coati on his other knee gaze up at him with interest.

Your princess is in another castle, dear warriors. But worry not, the library princesses are here to help you figure that out! The front desk hare points at a crown sitting on her head and says "oh, this old thing? It's not mine, it was here when we moved in. I'm just a humble librarian who fancied this while working the front desk! (If im any sort of princess, its a pillow princess!)". A pangolin at the bottom holds up a map to a dog warrior and says "your princess is in this area, you missed her by a mile". The Tapir carrying books looks on at the kerfuffle in curiosity. The coati is busy restocking books while standing on the snout of her dear dragon.

K.E. 11 "Meta Porn" and playing with the medium A thematic followup to yesterday's K.E. of characters seeing their own impact "Meta" porn is that which is somehow self-aware, self-referential, or which deliberately plays with or even acknowledges the boundaries, tools, and concepts of its medium.

K.E. 10 "Tijuana Bible" and self-aware characters Another weirdly specific kink concept and one that's tied into a lot of possibilities! I use "Tijuana Bible" as non-literal shorthand here about character representation. This also ties into "meta" porn which I'll cover more broadly in a later K.E.

K.E. 9 "Low Volume", Buildup and Restraint In the pursuit of eroticism, many porn artists go only for extremes and ignore how hard the softer stuff can hit In the words of the Reverend Horton Heat: "When it seems sometime like it's goin' nowhere I just kiss you real soft and you're almost there."

K.E. 8 "Affirmed Consent" and earnest dialog I'm not a huge fan of how a lot of porn dialog is handled, and in art, you get a lot of either over the top, corny dirty talk or basically just narrating the action. Anyone who follows my writing knows the kind of talk I prefer to write.

K.E. 7 "Imperfect Details", variety, and the implication of realness Today's just a grab bag of little touches I like to put on characters, really, and felt could be grouped. Those little blemishes or shapes that we all have, that mark of reality, but often get sanded off in smut, my own included.

K.E. 6 "Lazies"! "Lazies" are just what sane artists call "alts" I understand how people might roll their eyes at 40 versions of the same image (I used to feel the same!) but they're fun, quick, easy to make, and have a lot of production. Low-energy projects with high output thus "lazy".

K.E. 5 "Overlay Fetishes" An overlay fetish is something you can toss onto pretty much any existing scenario or image to make it even hornier. Think of it like a sexy cake, or a particularly naughty lasagna, with each addition bringing a new layer of kinks and taboos on top.

K.E. 4 "Labstick" and getting silly with smut Up to now, I've mostly been talking about broad themes and mindsets, but this Kinktober will involve a lot of specific kinks too! Probably way too specific, even! So let's dive right in with one that's harmless but absurd: Labstick.

K.E. 3 "Unfocused Horniness" and Wild, Unpracticed Affection This one's pretty broad (I promise more specific kinks are coming this month!), but it covers a concept I've never really been able to put into words. Consider a burst dam of sexual energy, with no filter. Aimless but eager.

K.E. 2 "Presentability" and the Fetish Fairy Today we discuss spreading fetishes, kinky concepts, and broad aesthetics to a wider audience. Someone once called me a "fetish fairy" for giving so many people new fetishes through my art. It's a very high compliment for me!

Payload 95 - More Monstro Village girls! There were two winners in this week's poll. First off, Kobold Jane, the proprietress of the town's general store. She works hard, and has a very neat and tidy structure to both her store and her life. But even she makes time for the fun stuff.

tumblr is having a great one about this, little masterpiece of a post I'd say

first post reads: Pro-censorship wattpad refugees drama is so funny to me because when I started using ao3 as a kid I was a devout mormon and I thought that reading anything even remotely pornagraphic was a sin and would ruin my life. So when I was 13 and found ao3 I went "oh awesome I found a fanfic website with a filtering system so I won't ever randomly stumble into porn. This is great! I was really worried about seeing something I didn't want to see on the other platforms." I didn't read any smut online until like three years later. If a mormon 13 year old can figure out 'don't like don't read' wattpad users can too cmon you guys i believe in you.
reblog reads: "you're less internet savy than a 13 year old mormon" is a diabolical thing to say to someone, I support it

Thirties are good or bad depending on your situation, just like Twenties. And with how absolutely awful things seem to be going right now, a lot of people are having a bad time.
