I was bored and got into an "Atheists vs Christians" debate group on Facebook, it's like 99% rage bait. Terrible arguments get thousands of reactions, mostly engagement bait. Someone made the claim that raising kids to be Atheist is child abuse, because hellfire is real and you're lying to them.

Interstellar Hauling to Pyro: A Story in Four Parts Today was a weird day for hauling. Flew all the way to Shepard's Rest for delivery in Pyro. One group of people was trying to protect haulers, while another was just trying to blow everything up. I tried to keep my d... see complete post

A very large red cargo spaceship, called a Caterpillar, taking off from Levski, a spaceport built out of an asteroid. The entire picture is taken in a stylistic way, with the shuttle launching at a sideways flat angle parallel to background lines, pipes, and bridges.

Sean in a spacesuit, incapacitated. There's a prompt that says "You are incapacitated!" with a countdown featuring how long it will take for him to die, and options to place a rescue beacon.

Sean outside of his ship on a dark planet, the ship now split in half and partially on fire. Sean is facing away from the camera towards the broken ship, holding a tractor beam nervously, close to his chest.

The caterpillar ship swirling through a quantum gate, on transit from Stanton to Pyro star systems. There is a combination of brown-white nebula colors with blue-white light streaming through from quantum travel.

Okay so, Tempest Rising is really amazing. While the game is absolutely its own thing, they really nailed the Command and Conquer inspiration, and it feels amazing. I first started playing Command and Conquer with my dad and brothers back in like 1995. As the years we... see complete post

Good morning WAFRNs of all stripes! I want to send asks! Boost for an ask - if I don't know you well, this will probably be based on your profile or recent posts Reply or quote with tags if you want an ask about something specific, or a collection of specific topics you want to talk about.

Do you ever have those dreams where you remember knowledge that was only available to you from the dream world? Sometimes, when I wake up, I have a hard time figuring out how much was imagined, and how much was actually real. I dreamt that I had played some kind of weird competitor t[...]

I'm really enjoying SCP: Fragmented Minds right now. It's in Early Release on Steam, and while there's a number of things I think ought to be tweaked, it's incredibly polished. Super interested in seeing what this studio ends up doing. store.steampowered.com/app/1184790/…...]

One smart thing that I doubt Bethesda would ever, ever do: just release a version of the Creation Engine that's not tied to any particular game. No content, but development is basically just done by creating standalone mods for your own game content. The modding community around CE i[...]

Working through some negative feelings today. Everything feels like steel wool on my nerves, and I want to cry or scream, but can't. I just kind of want to isolate myself in a little hole, but I'm also really lonely.

Update: I've got my modded version of Starfield running and...yeah, it's already kind of a drag. The main plot in this game is horribly bland and disappointing, and unfortunately, a lot of the good content mods are paid now. Debating whether to keep with it.

How hard would it be for Wafrn to import posts from Tumblr? Is that even desirable from a community perspective? I get that you'd basically just be creating backdated posts without likes or comments, but maybe that could be appealing for people who want to move? #Wafrn #Tumblr #data-import
