I lived near san francisco at the time, and the local news had daily coverage. No question he did it. Just a minor technicality they want to pry open. Either they're idiots, or its got nothing but they want to exhaust it so they said they could. There's zero reason to talk to this guy.

There was a brown van, filthy and with zero hairs, fibers or dna. His truck and boat had been cleaned and sprayed with bleach the day before. He says the evidence may have beenb tampered with, and that group thgat springs unfairly convicted took it up. So either dumbasses, or its just a sham.

he said burglars broke in and murdered his wife. They found her scattered remains AND the unborn infant at the bottom of the ocean, places his boat there the same day, and the current from there is where they found the bodies. The only thing they knew is he went out on a boat and searched there

parole, not new trial. convicted in short order by a jury of their peers that looked into their eyes and saw the monster. Same with the dude that murdered his pregnant wife because he didn't want a baby and she wouldn't get an abortion. Short story short, after he said a brown van was in the area

Good. I can't believe these two psychos got a new trial. They blew their parents away with shotguns, Then went on a spending spree with their millions. Until their bodies were found, then they were terribly sorry because their parents abused them. abcnews.go.com/US/erik-mene...

Even if it's warm, wear a sweatshirt over a tee shirt. Sometimes its hot or cold as fuck at night. Make sure you're warm and have something to roll up to put your head down. No pillows or blankets. Wear your cheapest shoes or ones without laces. Thick socks are nice on a cold concrete floor. Whew!😂

We walked home and drank some beer. Be prepared. Keep moving. Have that slip of paper in your pocket. Don't fold it, they'll feel it on pat down. 99% they don't get it. Don't hide it in your sock or shoe. They also take your shoes, shoelaces (you don't get those back) and everything else

Judge: Case dismissed He was mad. Not because he almost didn't do actual justice, but because I dinged his rate and same for the prosecutor. My lawyer spoke to the court, this time loudly. "WITH PREJUDICE I SAID" to the judge. Who cowed out and muttered "with prejudice".

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
To show the power of the best lawyer around with billboards whose been doing it for 50 years. The judge looked shook and said "hello mr xxx, whats going on?" lawyer whispered in his ear and he said Jesus Christ and then nothing. Lawyer whispered to the prosecutor. "We'd like to drop the charges"

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
So that's the longest, most boring diabtribe ever. It's 12 lifetime arrests, 10 charges, 3 felonies and all the stuff that goes with that. No convictions. That first one where I trusted the system was the worst. $700 and the best lawyer in town came by for 5 minutes.

They probably won't give you your phone. I haven't been in the hoosegow for years. They took everything then and gave me a phone book and the one call. Find the first bondman, ask them if they can help and get ready to dial the next one. You can call 6 in 3 minutes.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
And they drop a quarter in it and say "one call, 3 minutes". Be prepared. Call the nearest bail bonds man. If they took your paper, ask for it back, your wallet or phone.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
It passes the night away, and keeps away boredom. The cops will take your phone and might not let you use it, but keep your assets on it too. They'll take your wallet too, so ask if you can take one little piece of paper out. You can usually call from the cell, and it's a pay phone.

Don't stand in one place. Confront, back down and move. 50 people can seem like 200 to 10 cops. If you're in the can, keep cool and help bring down confrontation. Invite sharing what happened. Everyone in jail has a fun story. Encourage them to tell you another.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
and say what's on your mind. If they ask you ANYTHING say "Am I under arrest?" Most likely no, move somewhere well away from there and re-engage. Then back off and go elsewhere. Get others to do this. Don't form a wave, make a rotating swarm.

I'd still do this in this era in a blue state. Deep red state, leave it and never come back. Pink state, I'd go for it. Those red state cops are off the chain now and you don't want to end up in el salvador. Never hit a cop at a big rally, or push one. Stand your ground, confident.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
And you can drive home. Run into the cop that recognizes you? Say they're mistaken, ask if you're under arrest, and they don't wanna be the moron who arrests someone at random. You'll most likely walk away in a minute. Another one is to say "I just had another cop ask me that. Looking for someone?

Get a 1/2 mile away and call an uber to get you somewhere another half mile away. They look and check rideshare records within a mile. They won't get yours. You go home and sleep in your own bed for free. If you have a car, open it, get in it and hide for half an hour. After that they've dispersed.

Classes start and stop all day and who'd keep someone from getting their little kid? Your story stands up. They'll say you can go. If they don't, they're going to arrest ya. If its one cop and he doesn't look fat, or a couple of chubbers, run away if you can.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
You'll most likely be let go. If they don't and start dithering, they're still thinking of an arrest. Ask them "Am I under arrest?" if they say 'no', leave. If they try to stop you, ask again and say you have to pick up a kid and you're late. If they ask what age say preschool.

People will say you're a wimp or fight like a girl. I thank them for the compliment, and then see if they qualify for either. If they saw one, do the other. It isn't about being a hero or chuck norris, you want it to end, and YOU don't wanna take damage. And it's easy to be super nice about it

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
We had 5 other guys who backed us up and we did not ever bother her in any way. They said my friends would just agree with me and they'd take her word. Arrest was fast. Cops also don't want to apologize and have an arrest turn bad. It's like quick punching someone and then hair pulling them.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
They look bad, and can't scream "95.9 conviction rate" to be appointed or elected, and they stay there while that stays up. I'd say about 40-60% of those arrested had nothing to do with it, or were just there.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
And I just waited for the justice system to deliver justice. Not what happened. We sat in jail for two weeks and had six court appearances. When you're in the system, they aren't looking for justice or to follow the law. If you don't get convicted, that counts as a prosecutorial failure.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
No fear, stand your ground, know your rights, stand by them and take the arrest if you have to. and shove a lawyer up your ass. It's worth it. I was 19 and some random woman accused me and my roommate of beating her up for money. We weren't there and had alibis. So I figured I could afford a lawyer
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
So I tell them what happened from my perspective. And he gave me good advice all the way home. And that's who gave me that great lawyers name. You don't have to pay much, or any sort of regular "retainer". You call, tell them the truth (except for the quick punch and hair pull) and let them grind.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
I got that awhile ago. I was in jail for 3 hours. He got me out directly, full release on recognizance, and I was home in about 30 minutes. Tell them what happened but no details. No attorney client privilege. Most of them are very familiar with the law, know good lawyers and shit ones.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
I carry $500 cash, have a printed copy of my contacts, and the lawyers card, and your 5 bail folks with # and location. Call the one nearest you. It'll be cheaper. Before I had a lawyer, knowing a good bail guy is enough. They'll get you out, drive you to your car and post bail.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
Know your rights. Stand up for them. Hurt them a bit if you're being unfairly detained. Spend your interesting time with 30 other people well. If you can't, put your head down and act like you're sleeping. Odds that you'll just get attacked are low. Its not great, but it isn't the end of the world
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
Inflation adjusted, it'd be about double that. So $1500 to get outta jail, ando $5500 for the chase and catch. Not super affordable, but you shouldn't be afraid of arrest. I might be more worried right now because those dogs are off the chain/
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
With that in hand, you'll be able to get the lawyer. If it's during the day, they'll come and spring you and make them back off right then and there. It was $800 for him to spring me, and $3000 to make them apologize. Worth every penny.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
Moral of the story: Talk to a lawyer, say you want to be known to him in case something happens. They'll charge you a bit, mine was $300. Have their card in your wallet. And print out the numbers of friends and at least 5 bailbondsmen. Because they go out of businss or move a lot.

Joey said in the 3 years, he did a quick punch in hallways that had poor cameras, he made sure he was in the way. And those guys and anyone who was aware of it left him alone. He warned the bullies. Another guy got it a year or so later. Joey never got in a fight, never got hurt, and he survived.

If they get up and get you again, call for help and act like you've never been in a fight, and the dude was on drugs or something, and woke up and grabbed you. Now he'll have criminal charges and 5 years of hospital bills to pay for. That'll end most people, and they never ever do it again.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
He should see a doctor and even offer to ride in the ambulance (they say no but makes you look saintly. If on some odds they do take you, stand near the bedside and if they open their eyes, lean in and whisper "Thats what you get ya little fuck. If you get outta bed its over for you".

Tell any onlookers and the eventual cops that he seemed out of sorts, ran towards you, fell and his <head part> hit the sidewalk. I think he knocked himself out and was sick or on something.

Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
with that handfull of hair and start banging it until they stop moving. Just hurt them. Don't do that more than once or twice, until the fight goes out of them. 75% of the time, they're unconscious and it happens in < 5 seconds. Get up and if nobody was looking right at you hears it and turns.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
You'll see a 250lb guy that brings a 350 pound guy. Then if you REALLY want to hurt them, and any part of the head is fine, kip your legs out backwards if you practice it. Not hard. Just don't be afraid off the ground. It'll hurt, but push that head right into the ground, and then scoot up
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
When you grab the head of anyone, that makes them a lever and their legs are the fulcrum. A 100lb woman can take down pretty much anyone. Don't try to be fancy. Just grab and throw your legs back. We've seen pro wrestlers fake it for years. Watch a few bits of that.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
And then pick up both of your legs as fast as possible, but be aware that you're defenseless for as long as it takes you to grab something NECK OR ABOVE. If you grab lower, a strong guy will keep standing if he prepares. This isn't a good idea against professional fighters. Good news is 85% aren't.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
Two steps, and it barely needs practice. Use both hands, put them up in the air and hold them sort of like you're surrendering. They'll relax and look for a punch or a kick. We don't have to do that. Just put your hands near the head head quickly, and grab two handfuls of hair.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
Whatta ya do when someone confronts you and you'd like them hurt? Don't want to get into a 5 minute punching or wrestling match? I can tell you how to take out nearly any size person (within reason), even if they have 100lbs of muscle on them and your workouts are mostly 12 oz curls with a sip.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
Look down and away and say yes to whatever they say. They're looking for a fight, you'll both end up in the hole, just say you don't wanna go there and let them rant. Say you're sorry. De-escalate.

Everone got about 3 hours of sleep, I suggested everyone take turns at the sink so they wouldn't get dehydrated. In the morning, we all said goodbye as friends, and it was a variety of misdemeanors people so not super violent guys. If you get one of those and can't use the next trick...

But if you do a little soft leadership I did, and don't tell them what to do. Just make suggestions, I was set up by that awesome rap routine. He sang and danced. Compliment someone about something and get people working together through the night.

They all had a trick to impress the girls. I implored them to share and every single guy got up, did his thing, and got applause. Morale is, it sucks to be in jail, especially with 29 other guys. We were all tired after a bit, and I suggested we take turns lying down for sleep while others stood.
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
They agreed and sat down. Rap was just getting started, and this cool young dude just stood up and did a 3 minute rap, really a great singer and talented. I applauded when he finished and everyone else joined in. I asked if anyone else had special talents, and they all did because women.

If you've never been, you're in one big room, two toilets, and one sink to drink out of. The dudes were all lit and having fun. A few fights broke out and I said "we're already in trouble, cops will come in 5 seconds and you'll go somewhere worst. Settle down."
100
Deadpeul @deadpeul.bsky.social · 22/08/2025
He called someone up the food chain and 2 days later I was called to the station. Sat in a room and they all came in and I leaned right in. They thought they were gonna get quick punched and were terribly afraid to be in the room with me. It made that night in the drunk tank worthwhile.

"I went at the prosecutor and he heard the story and literally moonwalked (remember that?). He just levitated out of the room. I have a little cash, and judiciously used in not terrible big amounts, I told him to go get them. I wanted a nice long apology from everyone involved. One at a time.
