deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 07/09/2026That sounds great. Let me know when you have a time machine so we can go back and do that. We are where we are now. No vote or a vote for third party candidate enables the Republicans. 100

deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 06/09/2026My hope is that if we elect enough Dems, the ones that are complicit won't matter. The rest need to drop the hammer on every illegal thing every Republican in office did. They need to hold a strong party line on every single issue. They need to impeach and convict Trump. That must start on day one. 100

deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 06/09/2026The question answers itself. Of course, it's the corporations and billionaires. We need publicly funded elections, strong labor rights, and corporate taxation that corresponds to how much they extract from our economy. 100
deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 06/09/2026I wish that too. The system is so broken. Between gerrymandering, corporate and dark money, plus the relentless attack on our civil rights including voting rights, we have a lot of work to do. 200

deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 06/09/2026That's certainly possible and I'm not assuming anything. I already acknowledged that it may not have ended up in a win for Harris, but it certainly would have been closer. And we have no way to know what the other outcome could have been. 300

deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 06/09/2026Those were not the only third party candidates. Oh, and those two candidates took 30,015 of the votes. That was enough to have called the election for Harris. But the others received more than 10,000 votes. I think Pennsylvania also went in a similar way. You'd have to look that one up for yourself. 200
deaddrop @deaddrop.bsky.social · 06/09/2026More statements I didn't make. Let me restate my original premise. Not voting or voting third party will undermine any opportunity for change and could result in the Republicans retaining power.
