My advice for making a game that you'll still want to play after months of development: add cheats early. You shouldn't have to prove you can beat your own game every time you need to test something halfway through it 😅 #gamedev #indiegames

Paddlenoid originally had scrolling landscapes to make it feel like you were traveling through the world. We spent ages on them. Then cut them because they distracted from the game. “Kill your darlings” 😅 #gamedev #indiegames
