I'm a big fan of M. Behr's writing, but I'm not sold on the "Brexiters won fair and square" framing: a knife-edge result and a few thousand bot farms in the mix? I don't think anyone can be completely confident that Farage's pal in the Kremlin wasn't the real winner here.
