Yeah i can see all of that with an adult mind but as a child when I saw it for the first time I didn't really have a concept of occult or religion so I don't think I had much of a read beyond "scary" 🤣

dumped everything into the bigger fine salt container, then sat down to continue working. then realised the lingering taste in my mouth was UMAMI and THE STUFF IN THE JAR WAS MSG NOT SALT. AND THAT IS WHY YOU ALWAYS LABEL YOUR JARS KIDS.

just saw a jar at the back of the cupboard with something white and powdery/grainy in it and thought it was fine salt or sugar, tasted it, i was like "weird it doesn't seem very salty but surely it's not sweet... maybe it's my mouth that's weird after what i just drank". didn't think twice about it+
