Using a $20 USB to CANbus interface and AI, I was able to decode and control the lights, vents, tanks, etc in our camper van in a few hours. Next is writing a Home Assistant plugin

What a fantastic #Rush concert last night! They performed like kids - not 70-somethings :-). Anika Nilles was utterly fantastic as well. So much energy & fun.

I finally had the time to put up the mast and an over-a-tree-branch contraption to hold the lead line for a new antenna. The antenna will be a 23m long EFHW wire, in a mostly-horizontal configuration about 8m off the ground. 🤞hope it works! #HamRadio #AmateurRadio #hack

I'm not ignoring the world, but I'm choosing to focus my attention on toys for the time being 🙂 . I found a nice used small rack, and setup my computers and radios a bit more cleanly than before. #homelab #HamRadio #computer

I am beyond upset with the world, so I’m looking to take a break from these issues. I’m not ignoring it, there’s lots to do! But in the meantime it was nice to watch the #canada vs #usa women’s Olympic #hockey teams play a not-so-friendly game.
