Any recommendations of gentle and tasteful artists who draw logos/icons (without AI) and are open to commissions? Please let me know. 🙏🏻

70 anos? Poderia fornecer uma referência, por gentileza? Pesquisei mas não encontrei nada anterior a ~2010.

Oh, good catch, haha. I love that and The King in Yellow, but was actually expecting some reference to Douglas Hofstadter’s GEB book.

Oh that surely looks like the missing piece I was looking for — and it seems to integrate nicely with AsyncAPI. Thank you so much for the kind reply. 🙏🏻

I’m studying the spec + tools to present them at an internal forum from my company and those are some of our major needs, but so far it seems the spec is totally geared towards/written from the “microservice” perspective — and the tooling doesn’t seem flexible enough to filter stuff based on tags.

That’s great news, thanks for the heads up! BTW, currently, is there any way to use AsyncAPI to map/document an entire enterprise context (all the systems from a company and the pub/sub links between them) or a business domain (e.g.: all topics & pub/sub links related to credit card transactions)?

Hey @thracks.bsky.social, does ARL-S ucode 0x114 bring all the system level fixes you suggested would arrive in late November/early December or not yet?

Surprised to see the fruition of the NVIDIA GSP thing and nouveau/nvk/nova in Linux. Fedora Workstation 41 boots up totally fine and even play Steam games with the stock config and an RTX 4000 SFF. ❤️

This does not seem unconnected to the sustained assault on higher ed, and the continuing pressure within higher ed to silo students into career tracks at the expense of liberal arts.

Really interesting, thanks! I haven’t checked out labelers in detail yet; are they purely keyword-based or is there more intelligence?

Why should the outbox pattern be implemented via log-based change data capture (CDC)? How to go about backfills? How to ensure idempotency for consumers? Discussing this, and more, in my latest blog post 👇!

Thanks for all the cool work, @pfrazee.com! Any chance people who don’t like video posts could get a toggle in “Following Feed Preferences” to hide them? 🙏🏻
