And by which I mean that Irelia is like, very violent in nature she has a body count that puts Jinx in Arcane to shame and these include her own ppl (granted she's been targeted by assassins). Her family religion is extremely pacifist hence why they died they refused to fight Noxus.

Cinematic Parallels: Caitlyn being at the Scene of the Crime when Jinx loses a Father Figure

I should also mention that one of Riven's Noxian battlesisters should also get hit with the butchtron5000 like she's the Vi of the family (she even smokes a pipe)

Even in the lore she's described as wearing guy's clothes (even though in the context it's like, her dead adoptive brother's but still. The role she plays in the family is very much re acquisition of the son they lost)

Lmao we're thinking of the same tweet here aren't we but yes Riven was originally designed as a counter to most depictions of League female characters and her design is kinda hard to not see as butch I think. Like compared to League!Vi. the male gaze shit came in later

Yeehaw butch Riven... I'd go apeshit actually And thing is they don't have to change that much (riot pls make her more muscular/fat like PLS It kills me how the designers would love a more masc Riven but like corporate is a shit Arcane show could save her

A great moment in Arcane s2ep6 - the look of betrayal Ambessa has when she realized Caitlyn has really betrayed her and indirectly got Rictus killed. I think in a way, she really did care for Caitlyn in her own fucked up way
