Evidence-based medicine is only as good as the evidence it is derived from. If research representation does not truly reflect the diversity of the general population, medicines &other healthcare interventions may not work for everyone.’ Time to revisit Sackett’s framework for reflective teamwork

My son bought me this colour palette book- it’s lovely- there will be equivalent ones in a library. There’s a classic Japanese one :’A dictionary of colour combinations’ by Wada Sanzō which I would like . Happy knitting !

Cf Nuffield’s children’s admission rates- 2024- now adults ‘25 too. Kids have free rx- look at that take off at IMD decile 5 !! The deprivation link differed++ from other LTC in childhood like epilepsy & diabetes . Our NHS care for all-age asthma isn’t working . I’m on a mission #PrimaryCare

Thank you @kityates.bskysocial Beautifully explained. The ubiquitous high risk HPV cares not about gender when it transforms healthy cells to cancer cells. I had a nail injury 50 yrs ago which created a fault line in my nail matrix , allowing ‘high risk’ HPV to sneak in & cause a ca-in-situ
