The @mlb.com doesn't seem to understand No Blackouts. I tried to watch a game it was blacked out. I complained and they sent me this www.mlb.com/live-stream-... which clearly isn't NO BLACK OUTS. I think I should be refunded 7.4% of what I paid since they clearly lied about what I was getting.
