Danny @dcaw77.bsky.social · 07/10/2026That’s great. Would you recommend becoming a school governor is it a big commitment? On a different note it’s a shame that this pastoral care seems to change in secondary school 🏫 , for the worse… 100

Danny @dcaw77.bsky.social · 18/08/2026I wonder if there was social media around at the time of the holocaust fantasist, whether the questions asked about our society would have been different . Think this contributes greatly to the whole sad Arday affair. A great article. 010
Danny @dcaw77.bsky.social · 18/08/2026One of the reviews into Mossbourne last year relied on self reporting only. No visits to the school occurred to corroborate. Not saying all is ok and ‘nothing to see here’ but worth being aware of. 100

Danny @dcaw77.bsky.social · 18/08/2026I do think there is a question around what the students end up getting with those better results. I haven’t seen evidence of it translating to a shift in outcomes later in life… 150

Danny @dcaw77.bsky.social · 18/08/2026Also foam collapse, although perhaps washing-up liquid foam rather than beer in the classroom! Measure the foam height over time and see whether it has a reasonably consistent half-life. 100
Danny @dcaw77.bsky.social · 18/08/2026A couple spring to mind. Cooling water works quite nicely if you measure the temperature difference above room temperature rather than the actual temperature — that should decay roughly exponentially. 120
