The amount of variances to flight plans, diversions around weather systems, changes in altitude, etc that are requested is astonishing. A well trained human HAS to be doing that job 020

If data was available it would be easy to ID some sort of an activity level to come up with the numbers you’re talking about. “Creators who engage X times per week make Y on avg” or something similar. 010
