to devote thyself (find the more risqué version below) #buddie #911onABC

Drawing of Eddie and Buck on presumably a bed.
Eddie is kneeling on the bed facing away from us, towards Buck, and is wearing nothing but white briefs. His thigh mole is drawn as a heart.
Buck is standing on the bed, facing towards us but his face is cut out of the frame. He has one hand on the back of Eddie’s head. Buck is fully clothed, wearing the same clothes he was seen wearing at the end of 8x06.
There are freckles littered throughout both of their bodies, with the larger freckles resembling hearts.

buck asks tommy why he’s never taken him on a helicopter ride and tommy says “well i figured it wasn’t as romantic as i thought it was since it didn’t work on eddie”

“i lost my son” instead of “i haven’t seen my son in months” because it’s as if chris has actually died. eddie’s barely spoken about him, he sadly looks at photos on the mantle of him, he still decorates the house for one of chris’s favorite holidays, he celebrates his birthday when he’s not there…

evan buckley would khs if he knew eddie was crying like this in confession

0143

bebe @dbatclovers.bsky.social · 07/11/2024

hold on though, what was the final nail in the coffin to lead eddie to confession

i wish i could go back in time and protect little eddie from the damaging things his parents told him about masculinity and feelings and manhood. GOD😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

bebe @dbatclovers.bsky.social · 07/11/2024

this could just be eddie being pathetic, but the fact that he has nothing but wonderful, uplifting things to say about chris, even though he’s been gone for an excessive 6 months, shows how great of a father he actually is and i wish he could see that

no but genuinely if we get even the slightest hint of eddie acknowledging his queerness tomorrow, i’m going to throw up. after all this time, after all of the theories, we might actually have this in the bag. and i won’t know how to act
