Sending you a gentle hug, have a look at what help is needed, can you declutter your wardrobe and donate them to a shelter? Cook some meals and drop them off but give yourself a break from the coverage. You need to look after you too xxxx

Thank you, I’m hoping I’ll be eligible for the LITT treatment but I’m not holding my breath, my Neurologist thinks it will be a no go and is pushing for a VNS as I’m at the end of the road of what they can do with the medication. I don’t know what to do
