Was walking my dog and we were close to home when I suddenly needed to go badly! It was just minutes before each step I took became awkward as my body involuntarily pushed out a ton of poop. I had to tell my wife that it was too late and waddled home like this. 😩

Anyone else wear so often that it doesn’t faze them, regardless of what kind of pants/shorts you’re wearing? I’ve been padded under track pants, slim joggers, etc. and I don’t feel paranoid. I don’t make a show of it, but I just don’t feel worried.

There’s a fine art to changing your pamp in public. My tips? Be considerate, by tidy, and leave no signs of said change. Also, calm your nerves and own those crinkles. You’re not in there to impress anyone, dammit! Carry that neatly bagged up pamp with confidence to that garbage can!
