We spend so much of our lives only thinking about things from our own limited perspectives. We rarely give thought to the causes and conditions that lead to someone else's perspective. (Quote from The Dude and the Zen Master by Jeff Bridges and Bernie Glassman) #buddhism #oneness #buddha

A lot of people assume that if Buddhism is really "working," suffering should eventually just disappear. But that's not how it goes. Even after decades of practice, the hard things in life keep showing up - what changes is your relationship to them. #buddhism #buddha #dharma #mindfulness
