These studies are about folks on hormone therapy >1 year. Very few transgender teens in the US are on hormone therapy. This article is a bit confusing, but seems maybe 5-15% of teens with gender dysphoria are on hormones or puberty blockers (~1000 to 3000 / ~18000). www.npr.org/sections/sho...
