Apparently someone decided to educate me on the Appalachian mountains. A place where I have lived for 50 years. Where I hiked, camped, swam, rode the rapids, planted trees and gardens. I no longer have the energy to argue with idiots. I don't gaf who you think you are. You don't know me.

I'm tired of fighting the limits age and injuries has taken on my body. I've walked straight up to seem taller (5'4&1/2") especially when I was supervising others. It hurts less to just slouch. I can't make a peace sign or shoot a bird. That was a main part of survival all these fkn years.

Went to my 6 month dental torture today. I was worried because I had to switch to cheaper brushes (6 for $1). But she said they looked really good and it didn't take as long. Reckon I didn't need that fancy electric toothbrush after all. 😁
