The DEMO for my game WILDERLOCKE is OUT!🥳🎊 It's a Monster Tamer Roguelite! (think Pokémon Nuzlockes meet Slay the Spire 😳) The demo is the first act (out of three) of a run. It has around 70 monsters, 130 moves & 60 passives.🐉 This is what it looks like! 👇 #indiedev #roguelike #demo #indiegaming

Here's Rock Fling! 🪨 An early-game physical move that dazes the target if it drops from above 50 hp to below 50 hp. Time it right and it can drastically lower an opponant's dmg output. 🧠 Try it in the WILDERLOCKE Open Playtest on Steam! #roguelite #monstertamer #nuzlocke #indiegaming #playtest

Here's another post about tooltips! This time it's about the ✨detailed✨ view of a move. In there you can see everything you need to know about a move, no need to go check a wiki! 📝 #gamedev #solodev #roguelike #unity2d #monstertamer

Isn't it annoying when you're playing a pokémon game and you don't remember the exact moveset of a gym leader's pokémon, so you have to open up a wiki again? 😩 In Wilderlocke you can simply click on any monster during battle and check their moves, stats and passives! 📝 #nuzlocke #gamedev #pokemon

This is what an 'Encounter' will look like in Wilderlocke ! 🏞️🗺️ It is made up of one 'Primary' encounter (here, adding a new monster to your party) and 5 'Secondary' encounters. In order to continue on, the player must win at least one battle there. ⚔️ #pixelart #gamedev #fakemon #indiedev

In Wilderlocke, each encounter (ie. the places you go to on the map) is composed of 1 'primary encounter' & 5 smaller 'secondary encounters' Primary encounters are things like 'Wild Areas' where you can add new monsters to your party, shops, mini boss... #gamedev #roguelike #indiedev #pixelart
