You know, I'm fine with the occasional early morning work meeting. We have other teams all over the globe, and time zones sometimes aren't nice. Receiving at 7:28 am an invite to a 7:30 am meeting, though, just ain't cool. I was awake, but still in bed, and I was pretty damn grumpy about it.

Made a point of taking an extra dose of my anti-anxiety sleep medication last night. Went to bed early, making sure my side of the bed was crisply made to remove any wrinkles. Did a few stretches before hand, and laid down and listened to Tina watch her youtube videos.
