Last Thursday (12 June), I delivered the keynote at an event held @tilburg-university.bsky.social, organised by the Dutch Association of Constitutional Law and the VWR. In my keynote, I discussed my new book: doi.org/10.1017/9781.... Thanks to the organisers and participants for a wonderful event!

It has arrived! Trust, Courts and Social Rights is now available in print. www.cambridge.org/core/books/t... Very pleased with the front cover. The image, a piece designed by artist CLET, represents the trust-based legal framework proposed in the book.
