The Clock House is a historic, Grade II listed 19th-century building.
Built in 1817 designed by Benjamin Wyatt and George Louch, it once housed the Ramsgate Meridian, a brass meridian line inside the Clock House marks Ramsgate Mean Time was calculated – 5 minutes and 41 seconds ahead of Greenwich.
