Here's my latest on Illinois' e-bike regulation bill that passed in Springfield earlier this week. Riders of e-bikes that can go faster than 28 mph would be subject to DUI laws, required to carry registration, insurance, and be prohibited from bike lanes/paths chicago.suntimes.com/transportati...
