Forget sharing the last picture you saved, I want to see the very first picture on your phone. Scroll back until your fingers bleed. Xmas Eve 2010, the road was so icy we had to swerve to avoid a truck from the other side of the highway. Right off the road ourselves, inches from the treeline.

From the driver seat of a 2005 Chevy Cobalt. Hazard lights flashing. The windshield has patches of snow, and the car is stopped just inches from some small trees. It's very snowy and icy and you really shouldn't be driving in this weather.

Fortunately he has a new website, and I'm honestly digging the squid vibes of this piece:

A Robin Lauersdorf piece. The artwork depicts a table with a large sheet of paper and drawing tools. The piece-within-a-piece is a drawing in progress of a sailing ship; the bow is fully realized but as we go astern the picture is less finished and more of a sketch. Octopus tentacles are coming out from under the canvas, wielding pens. The effect is that the piece is drawing itself, after a fashion. Look, I'm not good at describing images, I absolutely am not doing it justice. I apologize to those depending on this summary, and to the artist.
