Update on ALA treatment for cystinuria reveals we have a long way to go before nephrologists will be satisfied with evidence that it is effective and safe. Also, no one has supplied a viable mechanism of action. #rock2015

You know you're eating at a restaurant blocks away from Mayo Clinic when this is above the urinal in the restroom. (The restaurant is Our Paladar and it's fantastic!)
