Here's a little hack for feeling more joy in life. Instead of asking, 'What's in it for me?', ask, 'How can I help?'

May kindness be your guide. May empathy be your compass. May compassion be your conscience.

It's OK to pause and just be. You don't need to constantly do, fix, or achieve. Taking time to recharge is not a luxury, it's a necessity.

Life can surprise us in wonderful ways when we least expect it. Follow your heart, keep an open mind, and remember, the good moments often sneak in when you're not looking.

Life is full of opportunities to make people smile. A kind word, a simple 'thank you', or just taking the time to listen. These are ways we can spread a little 'smile energy'

It's OK to take small steps. Progress doesn't need to come in big chunks, nor be fast or loud. Even the smallest, tiniest, steps forward count. And they are worth celebrating.

Sometimes the smallest things are the biggest things. Never underestimate the importance of an encouraging word, a 'thank you', or even a reassuring smile.

Everyone is doing the best they can in life, given what's happening in their life, what has happened, their past experiences and influences, and the beliefs they have to work with. So let's encourage each other. Let's support each other. Lift each other. The world needs lifters.

Nature is never in a hurry. The Sun isn't rushing to follow the Moon. The grass isn't hurrying to grow. Flowers aren't panicked about whether they'll bloom, nor what they look like. I think we could learn a thing or two from nature.

Positive things often come in life, not from taking a big hammer to things, but from chipping away at things. You don't need to achieve it all in one go. Little steps, consistently taken, go a long way.

Waiting on a delivery. My screen says, 'out for delivery'. It got me thinking. When things you want or are trying to achieve haven't happened yet, maybe it doesn’t mean they won't happen. Maybe they're just 'out for delivery'.
