Panel 2. The minions scatter throughout the celebration, attempting to join various group discussions.
> Parrot: "They're deployed in all discussions to make people love Avian Intelligence."

Panel 3. A similar shot to the previous panel, but now people are growing angry at the minion parrots who interrupted their discussions. Cepper and her AI parrot simply observe the scene.

I followed Nightshade project and paper, and it's unfortunately proprietary and not effective. Last time, I visited a school of computer science, and there was a poster showing how Nightshade was ineffective. Also, it's AI itself, so it needs a lot of resources. Well, good intent but "meh"

Panel 2. Cepper took her brush and now scribble on the canvas. (note: visual concept of the episode: the panel style itself is altered while Cepper tells it.) The Parrot feels uneasy.

Yes, but the allegory is broad enough to cover many topics. It's mainly about how citizens respond delusionally to any stressful situation that requires individual action. The first guy diminishes the effect, the woman solves the problem selfishly with money, and the last dog-man blames a minority.
