what an absolutely absurd job listing. 40hr/week, full time contract, pays $2750 a month. For a one-person character art pipeline. That's basically $15/hr for, according to their own description, a mid-to-senior level role. Of *COURSE* they're a Web3/NFT joint.

Role Description:
As a 3D Character and Asset Artist, you will transform 2D illustrations and concept art into fully realized 3D models. These models will be anatomically correct and rigged for animation, complete with stylized textures. Your work will be crucial in ensuring that these characters integrate seamlessly into both game and film environments. This role requires 40 hours of work per week, and will pay $2750 USD per month. Please do not apply if this does not align with your expectations.

Qualifications:

This is not an entry-level role; it requires extensive experience in character creation and design, typically evidenced by a robust portfolio of 3D character work.
Proven track record of successful projects in gaming, film, or a similar field.
