The Senate Parliamentarian blocked the 2017 Trump tax cuts, specifically, the TCJA extensions under the Byrd Rule. Reconciliation rules also eliminated Trump’s plan to defund green energy tax credits, and stopped his attempts to cut Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA subsidy protections. These are facts.

Trump’s military parade showcased the U.S. military’s uniforms and flags from the Revolutionary War to WWII. But one was absent: the Confederate uniform and flag. That’s because the Confederate army was an enemy of our U.S. government. Yet Trump, J.D. Vance, and Pete Hegseth continue to praise it.

Trump and Hegseth complain about stripping Confederate names from our military bases and Navy ships. Confederates were traitors who fought against the United States military. They took up arms to destroy the U.S., not defend it. They are not—and never will be—veterans of the U.S. military. Period.

The U.S. population is 350 million and the rest of world is 7.75 billion. This means 95.7% of potential consumers live outside the U.S., giving China a larger market to engage with. I have not forgotten, and neither should anyone else! Trump promised to end the war in Ukraine on day one. He said it over and over. It’s well past day one—and there’s no peace deal, no ceasefire. What Trump did is a textbook case of quid pro quo and a violation of 18 U.S. Code § 201, which makes it a crime for a public official to demand something of value in return for official action. My theory: Paul, Weiss knew what they were doing, knew it was illegal, and wanted evidence against Trump.

I’ve cracked the DEI lawsuits—just like the English cracked Enigma in WWII—and found a solution destined for the Supreme Court. More details coming soon. In the meantime, check out my attached image supporting my argument.

The Supreme Court has issued rulings that cannot logically coexist, resulting in unequal enforcement of constitutional protections under the Equal Protection Clause of the 14th Amendment. To prevent them from escaping the argument, the case should focus on asking direct, binary questions during oral arguments and written briefs.

The key questions asked in court:

1. “Has the Supreme Court ruled in favor of reverse discrimination?”

Yes.

2. “Can reverse discrimination exist without discrimination existing first?”

No logical way.

3. “If reverse discrimination exists, doesn’t that mean systemic discrimination exists?”

Yes.

4. “If the Supreme Court has ruled systemic discrimination does not exist, must those past rulings be overturned?”

They cannot escape answering.

This prevents any discussion about race-based policies, fairness, or previous legal justifications—it is purely a contradiction in Supreme Court precedent that must be reconciled.

The case should be filed as an Equal Protection Clause challenge under the 14th Amendment with one legal argument:

“The Supreme Court has ruled that discrimination does not exist in some cases and that reverse discrimination does exist in others. Both rulings cannot be true simultaneously. This contradiction violates the equal application of the law.”

Requested Relief: The lawsuit would ask for a clear ruling on whether discrimination exists.

If the Court says it does, then past rulings denying it must be overturned.

If the Court says it does not, then rulings on reverse discrimination must be overturned.

Musk doesn’t understand the definition of the word retired, nor does he know basic facts about air traffic controllers. In the U.S. air traffic controllers must retire at age 56, as mandated by the Federal FAA. This means that once they retire, they are legally prohibited from returning to work.

When Trump lies and claims that 200-year-old dead people are receiving Social Security, why don’t reporters ask who's cashing the checks? It’s not hard to trace where the funds went—banks have records of deposits and withdrawals. Yet, reporters just stand there, say nothing, and ask no questions.
