Asana is nice, but it’s become feature heavy over the last few years. There’s also GitHub Issues, which if you’re already using GitHub is a super easy lift to add ticketing. Turn on GitHub Projects for some kanban stuff over and above the normal issues list too. Perfectly functional simplicity.
