Robert - this case is not my life. I know for others, it is. Please don't take this as disrespectful. I appreciate your interest, but I want to move on. No more questions about this (at least not to me). It's Saturday. Have a nice weekend.

Thanks for the debate. Have a nice weekend. I don't agree with you. But we don't have enough room to argue all this. But really, we can agree on this - The Bachelor WAS a great show. SO MUCH FUN! Until the woke idiots fired Chris Harrison. I never watched since that happened. Neither should you.

This isn't hard to understand. Image I have nude images of Woodnick. And he has a DVRO against me. I find out Woodnick has a legal dispute with a 3rd party. For fun, I post Woodnick's nudes on the internet. No subpoena. No court order. I just post them. To fuck with the guy. You think that's OK?

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
Oh really? Thanks for confirming Woodnick violated a court order. Again. The point isn't that MM gave them to a lawyer. The point is he did it WITHOUT a subpoena, court order, or any other legal requirement (because if he did, we could have limited their release, for privacy reasons).

There is plenty of private stuff in the texts. Private conversations that were not meant to be public. That is exactly why MM shared them. To humiliate/embarrass a person who had a restraining order against him...which prohibited humiliation. But fuck it. The Bachelor is such a great TV show.

It's because there is still a pending matter in Maricopa County that I am not involved with. That lawyer is the one authorized to speak about the case. Not me (except for allegations about my own conduct....that stuff, I can address).

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
It's like people believe the prior case gave them permission to just do ANYTHING they wanted. Hey, Woodnick printed a subpoena from the state bar website! That overrules every court order in history! No, it doesn't. You can't ignore court orders because someone printed a form off a website.

Imagine I find out an ex is involved in a legal dispute. That ex got a DVRO against me for whatever reason. The fact my ex has a legal dispute would not allow me to put all her nude pics online, just because she had a dispute with a 3rd party. Please tell me you get that.

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
If he was subpoenaed for the messages, that would have been different. Court rules would have allowed us to seek a protective order preventing the messages from being shared with strangers. That didn't happen because MM just released them without an order/subpoena.

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
You can certainly use text messages as evidence in a case. That isn't the point. The point is MM shared those messages without ever being subpoenaed for them. He just gave them to strangers. All of them. While he had a DVRO against him. That's the problem.

Sure. It's mentioned in the stuff I filed, but this case said an ex husband who accessed his wife's emails without permission and gave private info to 3rd parties could be subject to a restraining order for doing so. In-re-Marriage-of-Nadkarni.pdf share.google/HmiRBaIE4qAC...

This is about the past case. I've said I can't talk about that. I'm sorry, but that rule still applies (although what you said here isn't accurate). I'm sorry, but not going to debate this stuff in 300 characters. Or online.

It's a typo on a frequently used form which nobody ever mentioned. Until the cult did. But thanks for helping.

I commuted about 50 miles a day on this bike for years. Always wore a helmet and full protective gear. If I was going fast or any long distance, I'd always wear my helmet and everything else. This was a short, low speed trip to the gym. Under 2 miles @ <45 mph. Thus, no helmet.

Fuck I hate the music on this video. I spent a second trying to edit it with more techo/rock vibes. Sharing fails is a way of growing. Next time I'll make the vid WAY better.

I have boatloads. As a young lawyer, I worked on something I call the "airplane case". It involved a computer model of a 727 airplane. Also involved dishonest lawyers and a bad judge. The story was insane. I would like to tell it. It is fascinating, but I've never put pen to paper. Maybe now...

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
I have a HUGE library of stories to tell from my time in law. Many are insane. Millions of dollars lost and won. But my written work has always been limited to 15 pages. Writing something compelling, interesting, in 300 pages is a skill I don't have.... Yet.

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
Legal writing is a very specific skill. I studied it intensely. I spent 2 years on law review which forced me to pursue technical perfection with things like cite format. Telling stories in long format like Harry Potter is so different. I don't have that skill. At all. And it's a shame.

This is the red bike. I got it from the original owner @ 6 months. It's old now (like me) but still does 0-60 in 2.5 seconds. 185 mph top speed (personally verified). It is a beast.

My writing has never been good enough to go pro. And it never will be (pro meaning something above law; I think for lawyers my writing is OK). Next step? Sell the house and figure that out. Both parents are old and want me closer. I need to pick. FL or NorCal. Or Europe. Options are plenty.

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
I have never crashed my red bike (CBR1000RR). Someone hit me once when I was commuting. Not much damage. The dirt toy (TRX450R) has been upside-down once or twice. My only big accident was age 15. Rode a dirt bike on the street. Hit by a girl. Torn up badly. Ambulance. Hospital. RIP that bike.

I ride every day. Have for almost 40 years (!) I don't have many vices. Well, one or two. But going fast on a bike is one.

Got an Insta360 camera today. Wanted to try creating some interesting stuff. Attempt 1 was a fail. Surprised by how shaky this was. No clue what that music is? Added automatically? Steep learning curve for a boomer. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

I only "attack" people who are attacking me. I've advocated for peace. I'm the only one doing so. If others would be reasonable, I will respond the same way.

And did the judge say releasing private text messages without any legal order was OK, too? CA case law says that's not OK, but we gonna ignore that as well? I guess all rules are pretty much off the table in JFC world.
410
David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 11/10/2025
Since I wasn't there, not sure I trust JFC accurately summarized what the judge said. But that isn't relevant. MM came less than 300 feet away outside of court. No judge ever said that was OK before it happened. I guess complying with court orders is optional. Bad rule, but whatever.

As a general rule, I wouldn't ever punch a woman. MTG kind of self-excludes from that rule, for obvious reasons *ahem* *cough* BUT - she was saying pro-Dem stuff about healthcare recently. Made me almost like her/him...for .2 milliseconds. It does show common ground can be found.

Sorry for the typos. By "picked up" a stalker, I meant this guy started stalking me....in ways much, much worse than anything JFC has done. Yes, he did bar complaints, too. I literally put security cameras up at my house. The stalker then emailed me photos OF MY CAMERAS, to show he knew about them.

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 10/10/2025
Does that mean Tish James is screwed? I assume not. I'm guessing the allegations against her are either total BS, or they've been spun into something they're not. More important - when people like Comey win, he's got a slam-dunk malicious prosecution claim. Those have real teeth.
110
David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 10/10/2025
THB, I head about the Tish James thing, and as clear as it is this is BS political payback, I didn't love the allegations - that she got a mortgage loan by saying the house would be a 2nd home, but then she rented it out. Uh, I don't love that. AT ALL.

This lovely guy ended up in prison due to "bankruptcy fraud". He filed BK and didn't disclose some income he had from a rental property. He was convicted and sent to jail. You can only imagine the schadenfreude I got from that. But the point is any type of financial fraud can be VERY tricky.

David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 10/10/2025
True fact - many years ago, I picked up a VERY aggressive stalker. Guy used to send me photos of my house (way before Google Street View). He also sent pics like this. Seriously. NOT kidding. But what does that have to do with your question? Well....

Did you see the video I sent you yesterday? We can debate. Just not on here (not enough room). And not today. I'm out shopping for a new camera (Insta360). Going to see if I can create some cool shots of AZ's scenery, before I leave.

Final comment - your questions are excellent and you have some good/fair points. Its just impossible to have a fair debate given the small space limits here. I don't have room to fully explain stuff, so my answers are all truncated. It's frustrating and not the best way to do this.

It's not about retroactive punishment. Omar's videos were still up the day he appeared in the case. (mine are gone, BTW). Image Dave Neal's wife was raped. I posted fake AI videos of the rape, put them on YouTube, then I appear in court to defend the rapist. You think that wouldn't be a problem?
200
David Gingras @davidgingras.bsky.social · 10/10/2025
If I made actual threatening statements about Dave Neal, asked him if he wanted "smoke" from my AR-15, posted fake images of his wife getting assaulted and crying, and then I appeared as counsel in a case against his wife while pandering to a cult...yeah, the judge might have an issue with me.

Maybe. Haven't decided. I spent my 50th birthday on this boat (Sea Bear), 3 years ago. Still watching to see if this lifestyle works for my friends. So far, they love it. Wife and I are on a Wordle group chat with the Sea Bear friends, which we play every damn day.

If, as a non-lawyer, I posted AI pics/videos showing Omar's wife/kids being shot in the neck and killed, that *might* be protected speech. Sick shit is still protected. If I did that and then appeared as a lawyer in a DV case involving Omar's wife/kids, I think someone might argue that's a problem.

I'm only speaking for myself. And I agree - swimming in a cesspool is unhealthy. Which is why I rarely do it. But monitoring the monkeys is a zookeeper's job. (No, I didn't really mean that....it just seemed like a funny response).
