It's the Atlantic air. Central Europe is a "dry" cold or warm. In Ireland the wind, moisture & island air is very different. In fairness, it's damn cold. The kind of cold that stings your skin and cuts your fingers while taking pics. Ireland's cold is different though "Tá an fuacht istigh ionam"
