Centerlink told my 96 y.o. mother they would send her a letter. Expecting a slip of paper in an envelope, with a stamp, she checked her letterbox every day. No, they sent her a msg via MyGov. And she had absolutely no way to access it. She was sentenced to multiple 3 hour waits on phone. #Auspol
