David Sancho @david.sancho.dev · 20/03/2026Parser combinators are great until your code becomes operator soup `>>=` `<|>` `<<=` 240
David Sancho @david.sancho.dev · 18/03/2026BREAKING (nothing is broken): I just deployed a new html_of_jsx documentation site build with mlx, yocaml (@xvw.lol) and ochre (for the syntax highlight, still wip). That's what's possible with doc-markdown and odoc 🎊 182

David Sancho @david.sancho.dev · 16/01/2026The time has arrived, styled-ppx won't support ReScript v11/v12 going forward Incompatible ppxlib, massive maintenance work and uncertainty about the future of ppx are enough reasons to pull the trigger Melange and native OCaml remain fully supported 😭😭😭 152
David Sancho @david.sancho.dev · 02/01/2026I built my own JavaScript runtime in OCaml I wanted to see how far OCaml could go against Bun and Node, and also also OCaml vs zig vs c++ in similar APIs. So I built `sirocco`. Uses JavaScriptCore (same engine as Bun and Safari). Event loop with libuv and it's written in OxCaml. 13611
