Everyone is responsible from the players on the field and the backup catchers on the bench to the coaching staff to the replay guy in the clubhouse, all hands on deck when it comes to recognizing tipping pitches. To say one person is in charge is false.

Tipping pitches is worse than bad managerial decisions. Salt on the wound if you wanna persist to bitch. Whatever energy you put out there will be on your front lawn. I can’t rock widdit cuz I I want this padres team to win.

MA Democrats: Vote No on Question 3 Apart from the fact that it would make it easier for big money to rig elections, it would also give Republicans the power to eliminate a candidate who could potentially win a normal Dem primary. Plus... Moulton is for it, so you know it's a bad idea.
