Today we helped Paul out in Cambridge. He actually had a real head scratcher of a situation as a couple of keys on his keyboard were not working and occurring ONLY when trying to log into his computer. DaveTech was able to crack the case and help this repeat customer!

I shouldn’t complain bc I’m using open core legacy patcher to run Sequoia on a 2015 iMac but these 15+gb updates every few months is brutal and wondering how much of the size of the update is strategic vs necessary #MacOS

The AI-generated alttext can sometimes be a good starting point but sometimes it misses so hard. #ai #gifs #alttext #a11y #memes

Today we helped Sandy out in Stow, MA. She is our 1st repeat customer and, again, we had a lot of laughs while I helped her and her husband out with some #tech issues. I was also happy to see my DaveTech magnet on her filing cabinet. 📱🖨️🖱️💿⌨️💻🗄️🌐🛜 #smallbusiness #techsupport #boston #massachusetts

Welcome! Ben, I was super lucky to have worked on a pilot web series with your parents. Your dad was kind and warm and your mom swore like a sailor, love dropping f bombs. Super sweet. They took a photo with me on my bday. It it a top memory from when I worked in production! They raised a good boy
