Never stop thinking about Daytona 2

Disney got Mickey Mouse. Cedar Point got the Happy Friar.

Master Chief in combat then getting swarmed by bees ASMR

This game is turning 20 years old.

Friday was my last day at the news station that brought me to Cincinnati. I worked with some wonderful people, both past and present. I'm moving onto newer things in the news business, while continuing to do the work I love as a photojournalist.

Entering the FPGA world for the first time!

Sega Rally really is that good.

I'm sunned with how good Rally De Europe is. Genuinely one of the best arcade rally games I've ever played. A hidden gem in the truest sense of the word. The comeback of the century for PrismArts, who currently hold last place and 2nd place on our rankings.

The things we do for love.

A boxed external Blu-ray drive for PC alongside a boxed copy of Motorstorm for PS3.

David Lewis @davetona.live · 03/08/2026

Haven't posted the ranking list in a hot minute. We passed the 30 game mark!

David Lewis @davetona.live · 21/07/2026

There was a local pizza place my family always went to that had a solid selection of arcade games, and they had a sit down Pole Position. Me and my brothers and sisters, we would all try to cram as many of us in there as possible and play it together.

Also, tonight's theme! All of tonight's games have been delisted from online stores. You can't buy these digitally anymore. In Onrush and Motorstorm's case, you can't play online anymore, with that being a huge component of Onrush. And Cruis'n is the latest casualty.

David Lewis @davetona.live · 04/07/2026

The list continues to grow. Very happy to get Onrush and a Motorstorm on here. Gave me an excuse to finally setup my Playstation consoles.

The list grows with our first non-traditional racing/driving game in Bravo Air Race. Also, Beetle Adventure Racing slaps, but Battle Gear 2 just edges it out. More games to come next week!

Haven't done a #RandomGameSaturday in a hot minute. Just picked this up yesterday!

We've crowned a new champ and a new last place chump, while also realizing that the Disney World kart racer is kinda fun.

Finished Driving Emotion Type-S. I still stand by my original ranking (fairly low), but this game becomes a pushover once you get the GT cars. You can kinda brute force your way to victory, even when you spin out. A pretty not good racer, but one that still found its hooks in me.

Great birthday, and even better friends.

My sister's in-laws found a little Casio Crystal Vision and sent it my way. It's got some kinks to work out, but we're on to something

Another solid round of additions tonight.

3 more games added to the list

David Lewis @davetona.live · 09/05/2026

Great stream of racing games! We've got the makings of a pretty fun list so far. Can't wait to rank more Racing/Driving games!

David Lewis @davetona.live · 08/05/2026

I DON'T GIVE A FUCK IF I GO BLIND. I DON'T NEED TO SEE THE PRICE TAG ANYWAY.

My first import game. I loved Elite Beat Agents so much and needed more of it. Still haven't played the original Ouendan.

MSR is a wild game. The shit you hear on the in-game radio stations is unreal!

David Lewis @davetona.live · 01/04/2026

Been trying my hand at the Wario Land series over the last couple months. Bounced off the first one hard. 2 and 3 were huge improvements, but didn't hold my attention much. Time to try number 4!

Haven't picked up a Saturn game in awhile. Might as well make it the COOLEST FIGHTING GAME YOU'VE NEVER PLAYED!

David Lewis @davetona.live · 06/03/2026

HEY HEY HEY! IT'S TIME TO SMUGGLE SOME CRRRAAAZZZZYY DRUGS!!

I bought one of those Saturn pillows that Sega started selling on Amazon. Gotta admit, it's much higher quality than I anticipated. This has been Pillowology.

This very brief F1 Race demo at 1:48 in the video had me scrambling to figure out what I was looking at.

Had to pull out the Steam Deck for this one. I've been so excited to play this after Mario Land 2. Let's see how it holds up.
