daveshook.bsky.social @daveshook.bsky.social · 26/05/2026Nitty the kitty came in to Zoe’s Animal Rescue with a broken femur on April 17th. Dr Anwar at Lakeside Vet made a splint out of a coat hanger. Splint came off May 4 but he’s been on crate rest until today. Now free. New x ray is amazing. He has a bit of a limp but that will improve with exercise. 020

He was listless and ill. 3 weeks of intense care by volunteers and vets and he is growing at the same rate and a happy normal kitten. Being orange, he’s also nuts. 000
