I vividly remember watching this with my kiddo - she was maybe 13 - and yes, the stroller got her on her feet on the couch - but the lead up to the bus jump had her yelling at me, "Dad, they're not going to jump the bus... Dad, are they going to jump the bus? DAD, they're going to jump the bus!!"

I read somewhere that one of the reasons the experiment went off the rails so quickly is that all the participants had successfully been accepted by Stanford. It wouldn't have happened at a community college in Eugene, Oregon :-)

I definitely like writing ideas first as a short story. If I can make it work as a 5-10 page story I can give to normal (not screenwriters) to read and they like and understand, then I can make changes without killing my babies if I was in script :-)

Sometimes the Muse grabs you by the neck and whispers, “Stop sleeping and get writing.” And you’ve gotta listen. By noon I had 11 amazing pages full of action, adventure, surprises, great characters and a cliffhanger that is one of the best I’ve ever written, IMO :-)
