Had the biggest LMAO while waiting in line at Canadian Tire. A guy at the self-checkout was dazed & confused. Calls the attendant over and says "how do I continue checkout"? She says: you press the big red button! He replies: in nature red is usually the colour of danger As a student of UX, LOL.

Was just made aware that solidjs.cn . Looks like a forked website with the Ukraine war banner + link to advanced video removed. I'm assuming this is done to sidestep Chinese censorship laws (which is their prerogative). My concern is that Chinese users are being given old information about Solid.

The whole trip was incredibly cinematic. I felt like I was living in a scene of Interstellar. Reykjavík was pretty darn cool. I love how the Icelanders live and the unique and beautiful culture they've created. If you get a chance I recommend visiting. Winter might not be for everyone though 😉😆

I just got back from an incredible vacation in #Iceland. We spent 6 days touring countless natural sites and hiking some incredibly beautiful spots. Winter is a fun time to go and while the weather was insanely erratic it actually added to the whole experience.

Here’s a perfect example of poor UX. My gym lockers have touchpad codes which never work, so I use the app. The app however has to discover the BT locks and renders them as they appear 🤦‍♂️. Selecting the locker number is a daily whack-a-mole. #Ojmar #OCSSmart what a terrible product.
