It moves me for so many reasons. Mainly that an ex wrote and recorded a whole set of utterly incredible lyrics for me and it's the only time anyone has ever written me a song. I'm not going to share as it's so personal but it's genuinely brilliant.

The park was our go-to venue because it was right near the only off-licence in town that would serve under-aged me. My grandparents lived opposite the nearest offie so all the staff knew me. But a comfy sofa and Tesco Whoosh wins now I'm a bit old and wiser. Actually scrap that last word...

I'm conflicted. Supposed to be seeing a band but everyone seems to be backing out. Part of me won't be sorry to be sitting on a sofa drinking wine and re-living my teens. Probably should drink cheap cider in a park for a more realistic experience.
