DNA and RNA are two essential molecules that carry and use genetic information, but they have different roles.

**DNA** is the cell's long-term blueprint, storing the genetic instructions needed to build and maintain bodies functions.

**RNA** acts as the messenger, carrying and translating those instructions so cells can produce the proteins they need.
