I fold them into little squares and got drawer cubes to separate. Thongs, briefs, etc. so I can pick easily on day of. Then they all get stacked vertically so that I can see the color. Like this! (Not my pic) Lingerie is stored separately, see through labeled bags w/ a dryer sheet.
