KOSA failed to pass in the US Senate (thanks to Paul, R.), but remember this was the FOURTH attempt from American politicians to get it passed. Expect another attempt in the next term; stay vigilant, and do not let the USA adopt ID-collecting laws such as the SCREEN Act & KOSA.
