this is not silly and is awesome and I'm proud of you!!! mental illness is the actual worst and I always love to hear about people making progress in their fight against it. please enjoy the advice of the klingon therapist, a post that lives in my brain forever (positive)

A screenshot of a tumblr post (from user 'asimovsideburns') that reads as follows:
Klingon therapist: the battle against mental illness cannot be won decisively. It is a long campaign against an enemy who never tires, whose forces swell to twice their size whenever you look away. Battle against a foe of such magnitude, who occupies your very mind… every moment you survive is a triumph against all odds. There is no more honorable combat.

I just wrote a little story involving the "caught in a storm and have to dry your clothes off" scenario recently. What a perfect guess!!

#gunpla posting I haven't built a kit in over a year but I'm finally getting back to it. I'm still very new so it's not even panel lined or anything fancy, and I still need to built the Uranus Armor unit in the kit, but I am VERY proud of that perfect green sticker placement in the second picture :D

yea! you can do a lil chibi of either Hibiki (above) or Guy Shishioh (pictured) whatever you prefer! don't feel like you have to go overboard on the art, I know I sent more than you were asking but don't feel like you gotta go super hardcore on it! trying to help folks out, getting art is a bonus :)

just sent some money over! I don't have a favorite kamen rider or anything (I keep meaning to watch those but have not gotten to it T_T) is Symphogear adjacent enough? No worries if not, I can think of something else if that's easier for you!

WELL IN THAT CASE this is my FFXIV WoL: Rinh! She's a trans woman, and got kicked out of the Conjurer's Guild at age 12 for doing Powerful Forbidden Gender Magicks on herself to transition (0 regrets btw) I have an entire self hosted lore wiki of mini fanfics about her and my wife's character, Akari

got a new outfit for Rinh :D she loves exploring and archeology, so I wanted an outfit suitable for that, and the newly available crafting outfits worked nicely! (had to get Weaver from 92 to 100 though) (it's the Carpenter 100 top and gloves and Armorer 100 pants and boots if people were wondering)

I hate genAI too, and I have no particular desire to play Clair Obscur, but like lets be clear about the situation and their statements here. This is at the top of that linked article.

Following the publication of this article, Sandfall Interactive wishes to provide the following clarifications.
The studio states that it was in contact with El País on April 25 - three months prior to this publication. During these exchanges, Sandfall Interactive indicated that it had used a limited number of pre-existing assets, notably 3D assets sourced from the Unreal Engine Marketplace. None of these assets were created using artificial intelligence.
Sandfall Interactive further clarifies that there are no generative Al-created assets in the game. When the first Al tools became available in 2022, some members of the team briefly experimented with them to generate temporary placeholder textures. Upon release, instances of a placeholder texture were removed within 5 days to be replaced with the correct textures that had always been intended for release, but were missed during the Quality Assurance process.

Don't have any art handy on this laptop so have a screenshot my girl Rinh is autistic (and trans) she's a weird exploration cryptid and sometimes wonders if people wouldn't want to be around her as much if she wasn't a WoL (co-WoLs with her wife Akari who belongs to my wife @kiravinaves.bsky.social)
